ABOUT HESS ENTERTAINMENT

Hess Entertainment was established in 1999 by Mark Hess from Tampa Florida. With an appetite and desire to provide quality high end entertainment, Mark brought his first series of national concerts to Ebro Greyhound Park. Those first shows underneath the stars of Ebro were Mark Chestnut, followed by the likes of Tracy Byrd, and Diamond Rio.

With a thirst to continue to bring quality entertainment to Bay, Washington and surrounding counties. Hess Entertainment began bringing larger acts to the Marina County Civic Center and co-produced MUSIC FEST USA in 2000 at Aaron Bessant Park with Joe Kennedy enterprises. Hess Entertainment was also very influential in developing and promoting with the Panama City Beach Tourist Development Council the first ever concert on the Beach.  This uniqe event was celebrating the recent beach re-nourishment project and featured The Drifters, The Coasters, and The Platters. Hess Entertainment also worked directly with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association to bring Clint Black to Panama City!

Since early 2000 Hess has brought some amazing acts to the area including superstar performers such as Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Kenny Rogers, The Oak Ridge Boys, Wynonna Judd, Travis Tritt, Aaron Tippen, Gary Allan, Lee Ann Womack, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Lonestar, Trace Adkins, Foreigner and many others
.
Through bringing great entertainment to the region Hess Entertainment is full involved in a number of charities and has raised over $40,000 for charities like Toys for Kids, Project 25, the Visual Art Center, Children's Home Society, American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and BASIC of  NWFL.

We have also had the pleasure of working with a large number of local sponsors including EBRO Greyhound Park & Poker Room,  Knology, Lamar Advertising, The Bullet, The Visitor's Maps, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, Magic Broadcasting, Clear Channel Broadcasting, Awesome Music and many many others!
